Music Victoria presents another free webinar with Mental Health Clinician/Consultant, Bree Chapman Stewart.

Join us on Thursday the 27th of January for a FREE one-hour session with Bree and Kiwat on Handling COVID Uncertainty. Together, we'll learn how to reduce anxiety, regain self-empowerment, and tap into inner strength, alongside other mental health strategies.

Handing COVID Uncertainty

The instability of a pandemic is still being felt across the community. With density limits back in place, supply chain shortages, and of course the doom and gloom caused by the news, it’s more than reasonable to feel symptoms of anxiety.

This session will take participants through navigating the current state of uncertainty, and walk through practical steps on how to feel centred while the noise of Omicron is as loud as it is.

Register for the webinar on Eventbrite.

Bree offers free and confidential one-on-one mental health support for you, your families, and your employees. Along with the one-to-one sessions, Bree can refer you to our free financial counselling and business advisory support services. Book in a free session with Bree here.
